Get up and running in three steps

1. Set up your space

Find the right place for your device and accessories and ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
  • Choose a connection methodFor countertop devices, we recommend Ethernet. If using WiFi, your router must be password protected and have a minimum security level of WPA. Most routers support and default to WPA2.

  • Check that your connection is fast enoughGo to speedtest.net to find out how fast your internet is. We recommend a minimum download speed of 8Mbps and upload speed of 384Kbps.

  • Find the right spotDecide where to place your device and any accessories. You may need an extension cord if the device is more than 6 feet from an outlet.

3. Customize your system

You can manage everything about your business from your web dashboard. Log in to complete important setup tasks so you can make Clover work best for your business.
