Get started with Uber Eats
Clover and Uber Eats have partnered to integrate online orders with your Clover device. With this integration, you can support in-store pickup, scheduled orders, and Uber Eats delivery all from one device.
If you are a current Uber Eats merchant, your fees and pricing will not change. If you are a new Uber Eats merchant, an Uber Eats representative will work with you to set up your account.
The online menu you set up in Clover will be used for your Uber Eats menu. Any changes made to your Clover online menu are reflected on your Uber Eats page. Learn how to set up your online menu.

Get started with Uber Eats
From a browser, log in to your Clover account.
At the top right, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
From the Account menu, select Account & Setup.
Select Settings
to open the Settings panel; then choose View all settings.
Under Business Operations, select Online Ordering.
Under Uber Eats, select Get Started.
Read about how it works, then select Continue.
Existing users can select Connect while new users can select Sign Up.
Note: Your information has been sent to Uber Eats. The integration should be ready in 2-5 days. Take this time to set up or review your online ordering information in your Clover account.
I already have an Uber Eats account
From a browser, log in to your Clover account.
At the top right, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
From the Account menu, select Account & Setup.
Select Settings
to open the Settings panel; then choose View all settings.
Under Business Operations, select Online Ordering.
Since you have already created an Uber Eats account, select Connect under Connect your Uber Eats account.
The Uber Eats Merchant Bridge will launch in a new tab. Set your Brand Name to Clover and enter the same email you use to log in to your Restaurant Manager and click Next.
Select Store List from the left navigation. You will be directed to a page with your store list.
Select Click Here for: Clover - Merchant Bridge Guide (you must be logged in to access this link) in the upper right corner to walk you through the activation guide.
After following the instructions, you will now be integrated with Uber Eats. Double-check your online menu and operating hours on Clover’s Online Ordering Setup page. All menu, out-of-stock, and store hour updates for Uber Eats must be made on the Clover Dashboard.
Manage your Uber Eats orders
From a browser, log in to your Clover account.
At the top right, do one of the following based on what you see onscreen:
From the Account menu, select Account & Setup.
Select Settings
to open the Settings panel; then choose View all settings.
Under Business Operations, select Online Ordering.
Select Manage.
(Optional) Click the toggle next to Uber Eats if you would like to stop accepting online orders.
Select More Options.
Here, you can pause online ordering for a set amount of time. This is useful, for example, if your restaurant is too busy.
